Shipping
Check item details before placing your order. Custom or made-to-order items require 2-3 weeks production time before your item ships. These items are not kept as in-stock inventory, but added to the production backlog only after your order is placed. Ready-to-ship items are processed and shipped 2-3 days after order confirmation.
Downloads
Downloadable PDF patterns are available immediately after your order processing is complete. The link remains active for 2 days. Download links will be deactivated after this 2 day period. Please download patterns promptly after purchase.
Returns
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our products. Please verify that your shopping cart selection(s) are correct before confirming your purchase. Due to the fact that patterns are easily copied once delivered, Pattern PDFs and DIY Kits are non-refundable, even if mistaken for finished products. However, please don’t hesitate to contact us if there is a problem with your order and we will strive to correct.
Reselling from Patterns
We love our customers and encourage you to use our patterns make finished pieces for personal use or to resell in small volumes, with credit given to the pattern design. Reproduction of the finished pieces for commercial distribution is not allowed. My Grandmother’s Old singer was founded to serve a deserving community of lovely people. A portion of our proceeds are donated to the ALS Association. Selling items made from My Grandmother’s Old Singer patterns means that you are denying a sale to an organization that wants to help people. And seriously, stealing other people’s designs for your own personal gain is just wrong. Don’t be that guy.
